PART FOUR a cart with two wheels
1
"The ones who are going up are the ones we want to find. They're our people, Vishesh. They're the seekers."
What is a seeker?
Are some people looking for answers and others not?
Are some people evolving, while others are devolving?
2
"When he speaks of her, I can tell that she has filled his heart with wonder. I can see her, although we have never met. She has told him tales and stories that have each imparted a lesson or a value. They are signposts to help him through life. And each is wrapped in an adventure so that it is remembered at the right moment."
From where does Vishesh get his seeking? Frieda sees that his mother has filled his heart with wonder. Was Vishesh born with this seeking or was he simply prepared by his mother to recognize the signposts?
Are you a seeker by any definition?
3
"You are destined to travel and search and that is a curse on you. You have lived on land and you have lived on water. You will also live in the air if you need. You have all the elements. They feed into you."
Is the desire to travel and search a blessing or, as Hopl tells Vishesh in the car, a curse creating great unrest?
4
"Vishesh does not know himself. He is the group, the family, the community, the world before he is Vishesh."
This is how Frieda describes Vishesh. Is she accurate in that description?
What kind of a person is Frieda? Is she a good match for Vishesh? He describes her as an opposing pawn on a chess board, opposite but the same.
Frieda says she wants more than happiness. What does she want? What is her role in Vishesh's seeking? What is his role in her seeking?
