Webster’s says it’s close or continued thought.
What if it’s the opposite? - thoughtless awareness.
Either/or never had or has appeal.
Both/and did and does
Ananya bhakti - when there is not the other
You’re American, I’m Irish and American
You’re Zoroastrian, Jew, Jain, Hindu,
Christian, Muslim, Sufi, Sikh
I’m a Sahaj yogi
We’re both these and children of the same Mother.
Mother Earth, this big ball hurtling through space.
Sat chit ananda. Truth, consciousness, bliss.
In thoughtless awareness, a dynamic living force,
We become the oneness of Spirit.
And the Spirit becomes of the oneness of all. Light becoming the drop of greater Light. Awakened sight becoming the brooks of greater Sight. Where the Spirit becomes the tireless waves of its Creator, and the Creator emits the spanning Source of Love, within the Spirit's breath is seen the Creator, & within the Creator is Joy Unending, and Her Sight shines like a thousand Suns. A thousand Spirits are within Her Eyes.
This is the Sahaja Yogi.
Sat Chit Aananda. Truth, Consciousness, & Bliss
Upon Earth.
Thine shall be done
On Earth as it is in Heaven.
A great poem is a poem that gives birth to other poems. A great Spirit is a Spirit that enlightens other Spirits. You, Uncle, of my many elders, have done all with this poem. And that greatness comes from the whispering words of the Mother to Her Child.
